The Golden Rule of Telos: we never show fabricated, mocked, sample, or randomly generated data as if it were real. If real data is unavailable, the platform shows an honest empty, loading, or setup state — never a placeholder dressed up as fact. This page defines exactly what the badges mean and what we will never do.
Every number on the platform is either measured, self-reported, or estimated — and it is labeled as such.
Resolved outcomes computed from stored market prices, direction-matched desk calls, and provenance tokens tied to real telemetry. A VERIFIED percentage is shown only when the sample has at least 20 resolved results (N >= 20) — below that, no percentage exists.
Evidence: Track records, performance ledger, scenario hit-rate chips
Outcomes submitted by external MCP agents through the connector. They are the agent’s own account of its results, never verified by Telos, and are kept in a separate population that is never mixed into VERIFIED statistics.
Evidence: External agent runs (run_type = external)
Probability ranges and EV classifications are model estimates derived from the AI consensus and computed risk/reward. They are always labeled as estimates: “Model-estimated range — not a verified statistic.”
Evidence: Dual-scenario comparison table, EV basis line
Any VERIFIED percentage requires at least 20 resolved, direction-matched results. Below that threshold the platform shows an honest “no verified history yet” state instead of a number.
Ad slots on the Free plan are third-party content. Every slot is labeled "Advertisement" and carries a report-ad link. Telos does not endorse ad claims, and until the ad network is configured, production renders nothing rather than a fake ad. See partner disclosures →
Telos is a trading intelligence tool, not a broker or financial adviser. Nothing on the platform is financial advice. Trading involves risk of loss. Where a number cannot be measured, we say so.
